WP1 ensures the overall coordination and strategic governance of the EC2U Alliance. It manages the project both administratively and scientifically, defines and monitors the implementation of shared strategies, and guarantees effective communication and cooperation among all partners.
WP1 is also responsible for the enlargement of the Alliance, supporting the integration of new partner universities, and fostering alignment with EC2U’s vision and mission. Its activities are crucial for maintaining cohesion, transparency, and sustainability within the Alliance throughout the project lifecycle.
